The Suspicion Disorder

Being suspicious of your spouse is a clear indicator that you are  in an unhealthy, toxic relationship.  Relationships are to be built on bonding, caring, friendship, respect and trust.  If your relationship is void of any loving, respectful merits, then you have no relationship.

I have severe (but justified) distrust for women stemming from my trust being violated by all women I trusted enough to be in a relationship with. Is there a solution to this?

  1. I think a little suspicion about the wider-world is perhaps a healthy safety-net, but you’re right, a complete lack of trust, especially to those closest to you, is not a healthy arrangement. I hope things get better for you! Linda x
