  1. Ephesians 6:12-13 says: “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”

  2. No, I do NOT believe in karma. This is the HIndu concept that you will get what you deserve.
Jesus taught that The God Who Is is both merciful and gracious as well as truthful and pure.
Mercy is not getting what we deserve and grace is getting benefit we do not deserve, both antagonists to karma.

    2. I think you mean “Karma is often referred to as… However, NO, it is not. Karma is a false teaching of Buddhism, Hinduism and Sikhism that teaches you get what you deserve. Christ-followers accept that Jesus took our sins to the cross and we do not have to receive the just deserts. Instead we receive mercy plus He gives grace, benefits we do not deserve.

    3. No I am not referring to any Eastern philosophy. I am referring to life’s supernatural responses to our actions. I do agree with you that Christ submitted himself to be sacrificed for us. Although he gives graces through his mercy, we cannot go on sinning. We still have to suffer for our sinful nature and there are reprimands.

    4. Tell that to the thief who was crucified beside Jesus. 😉 He was forgiven and invited to enjoy Paradise later that day with our Lord.
I agree we do not go on sinking after we have received His forgiveness, but we do not suffer the consequences as karma teaches. We are changed from the inside out, not the other way around.
Think of your own children and how a loving dad responds to his children’s misbehavior. Father loves us even more.🤠

    5. I only wish that I knew all of the answers to God’s mercy and every human lesson in life, but every journey is different. God knows our hearts and if we are willing, forgiving and converted, he will come into our hearts.
