The period of Juneteenth thru the 4th of July references OUR HERITAGE– the birth of our nation’s Constitutional and Civil Rights.

A CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE GESTURE FOR THE WEEKS OF JUNE 19TH THRU JULY 4TH…

Gestures will be solo or a group with a walk and/or stance afront courthouses and police precincts. All are to be peaceful, reflective of our violated Constitutional rights. Our symbolism will be the Holy Bible and the U.S. Flag held up in prayer…

“The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting” …

Juneteenth aka June 19, 1865, is considered the date when the last slaves in America were freed. Let us remind corrupt judicial and Law enforcement that slavery was outlawed and civil rights are to protect all people against repression.

The people of the United States Republic are the embodiment of government with inherent powers to revise a deviant judicial system. America was born out of Civil Disobedience. Repression has been the outstanding reason for the Federalist Papers, the Civil War, Civil Rights, Hippie and War objections.

Let us not forget: We The people have the ‘ultimate’ power!
